The $97 Website Plan is operated by BP Marketing (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, sign up for the plan, or work with us afterward, and how we use it.

- Payment information. When you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and billing details from Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Booking information. When you book a kickoff call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you select.
- Onboarding information. When you fill out the onboarding form (hosted on Google Forms), we collect what you submit: your business details, services, service area, and any photos or files you provide.
- Site usage. Like most websites, basic technical data (browser type, pages viewed) may be collected automatically if analytics are enabled on this site.
How we use your information
- To build, launch, and maintain the website covered by your plan
- To bill your subscription and send payment confirmations
- To schedule and conduct your kickoff call and any follow-up support
- To send you service-related emails, such as onboarding steps or updates about your site
- To respond when you contact us directly
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to delivering this service.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the third-party services that make this plan work, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Calendly — call scheduling
- Google Forms — onboarding intake
- Our email and automation tools — to send you the confirmation and onboarding emails tied to your purchase
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain billing records and respond to any follow-up questions. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing bpfilmedit@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
